Organic Matcha powder has more inside than you can shake a bamboo whisk at

Matcha powder can be easily prepared in a couple of steps. Sift 1 or 2 grams into a mug and add a little water that is just under boiling temperature. Whisk together until you’ve removed all lumps, then add more hot water and repeat until you’ve got a hot drink with a frothy consistency. Add your own sweeteners if desired.
